The 2023-2027 St. Louis Regional Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP) is a 5-year collaborative effort to guide and improve our regions health outcomes. The plans were created in collaboration with community partners representing varying sectors, the City of St. Louis Department of Health and St. Louis County Department of Public Health. Our CHIP is a result of ongoing efforts to address health inequities and improve health outcomes for all residents in the region. The CHIP is a continuation of the Mobilizing for Action through Planning and Partnerships (MAPP) framework and builds on identified health priorities outlined in the 2022 Community Health Assessment (CHA). Completion of both the CHA and the CHIP reflects a passionate data-driven public health culture that values community guidance and partnerships.
