2022 Community Health Assessment
The 2022 St. Louis Regional Community Health Assessment (CHA) is a regional collaboration facilitated by the City of St. Louis Department of Health and St. Louis County Department of Public Health. The completion of the CHA reflects the health departments’ ongoing dedication to understanding the health needs of the region. The CHA used the nationally recognized Mobilizing for Action through Planning and Partnerships (MAPP) framework for data collection and community input. This initiative was supported by the St. Louis Partnership for a Healthy Community, involving various stakeholders and community partners to work towards equitable health for all in the region. The results of the CHA will inform the 2023-2027 Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP), a long-term, systematic effort to improve the overall health of the community.
